I see that I am not the only one with complaints about this place so I know I am not far off. I was greeted rudely from the moment I walked in, I couldn't get a straight answer as to how long it would take and we had dinner reservations and granted I was late there was no need to be rude to me. Of my own accord I decided that I wanted to leave, upon me leaving the establishment I was threatened with " I am going to call 911" my response was "call them, what are you gonna say , that I wanted to leave on my own?" I believe that part of what happened was because I was black. I will never go there again. Oh and I had a groupon as well and was told" We don't make any money on those!" WOW! What a big letdown.

I went with a friend because we had a groupon. Never again. I kept thinking, do they actually DO nails here? Because it seemed like nothing was set up conveniently and the seating for both was awkward to say the least. Worst pedicure, she scraped the "good skin" with the cheese grater, no massge, didn't even have a clipper to cut my nails! Very unprofessional, I know WAY TOO MUCH, about the owners personal life. I don't even know her! I would believe it if they don't have licenses! It's like they don't know how to do a mani/ pedi!

Disappointing. Tuesday is supposed to be family night. Not only did I read that, but when I called to make the appointment, the owner also told me so. Family night is supposed to include face painting & cotton candy. I told my 4yr old this several times. Well, she didn't get either. She even said can I have candy twice at the register and the girl (who I believe to be the other owner) said nothing. Nice idea, poorly executed. The place didn't seem well maintained. A person trying to get a pedicure kept losing the water in the basin. My 4yr old wants to know why they didn't give her the cotton candy & paint her face like they promised. I ended up getting her an ice cream on the way home. We won't be going back.

Terrible. Even if you make an appointment they make you wait a ridiculously long time while there are several people sitting around doing nothing. It's not even worth the wait. I'd rather paint my own nails. Don't waste your money here.
