Amy Boltz Regina is a Registered Dietitian and a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist working in Monmouth County, NJ. Amy also holds a Personal Training Certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Currently, Amy provides individual nutrition counseling to help clients to achieve their unique nutrition goals whether it be weight management, sports nutrition, disease management or just to improving overall quality of life. Prior to working in Private Practice, Amy had over a decade of experience establishing and running nutrition programs in two prestigious orthopeadic practices (The Rothman Institute and the Hartzband Center for Hip and Knee Replacements).
