I absolutely love this bedroom set. Barbara was wonderful to work with as well. Buying a set like this is a huge investment and I was very pleased from beginning to end. I get so many compliments on my new bedroom set. I definitely would buy from them again.

My husband and I purchased a leather sectional with two recliners and a chaise lounge. Once it was delivered, we decided we would prefer another recliner in one of the armless pieces for optimum seating. We called back the next day and it was no big deal for them to change out the piece for us. Unfortunately when the recliner arrived, it wouldn't open properly and there was a little hidden damage at the bottom. We called them right up and Lisa Jo said she would take care of it and she ordered a replacement. Both times the pieces were in within a matter of a few days. After having the furniture for about two weeks, we noticed damage on the bottom of the chaise. We called again and I sent Lisa Jo pictures of the damage and once again, she said she would take care of it and she has ordered us a replacement. In a time when I feel we have to fight everything little thing, it has been such a pleasure to be told something will be taken care of and it is!

Product was sold at a fair price and delivered on time. I have bought several items in the past from here and I've never had issues. It's where I will always go for furniture.

Customer service was superb (thank you Barbara!), delivery was well coordinated by Jessica and the two young hardworking men did excellent job with their ""white glove"" delivery. I knew I wanted two fabric covered, skirted Parsons chairs for my dining room. As I looked through the fabrics, I thought I would have to settle for a boring, solid neutral. Barbara encouraged me to share with her whatever patterns/fabrics I already had in the room. We worked together and Barbara guided me to the Tiger Brown print. I loved the print independently but don't think I would have selected it on my own without her guidance. The chairs are stunning and are the focal point they deserve to be. I LOVE THEM!!!

Home Living had the exact furniture of outstanding quality that we have been searching for at an affordable price! When you go there in Howell on Rt 9 Seek out John. A well informed, down to earth and personable salesman. He cares! Can t wait for our new furniture to arrive!

I got helpful advice from the salesman when placing my order. The furniture was delivered in a timely fashion and was placed in our home carefully by trustworthy delivery men. Between ordering and delivery we were kept updated as to the status of our order. Lastly, we are very happy with our new furniture.

This was my first purchase with Home Living Furniture. At first I was apprehensive due to the fact that I live in Boston and I have never made such a large purchase over the phone without seeing the products. However that all changed once I spoke with Barbara Dwyer. She made the buying experience so easy and she is very knowledgeable and patient, I called many times to inquire about other furniture that I was interested in and she always gave me her full attention. My Wife was also very happy because all 4 pieces of furniture arrived under a months time. I would highly recommend Home Living Furniture and Barbara to all my friends and family.

I went in, got taken care really well, and bought a queen size bedroom complete set, paid it and everything came in within 3 weeks. Very fast shipping, and had an amazing experience with being taken care by one of the staffs in store. Would most likely recommend them ! Also, the quality of my bed and the furniture are one of the best quality in my eyes, Loooks very luxury kind and quality material.

Although I only placed the ordered yesterday, I would like to comment on the product and the sales team. I've seen the chair in local stores in my area, so I already knew what I was getting when ordering it online. The product is all that it says it is -- plush, comfortable, an excellent rocker-recliner. It sells in other stores & websites for lots more than what Home Living Furniture is charging for it. My experience with the sales staff in placing the order over the phone was also a very positive experience. The sales rep was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable, and assisted me responding to my questions and in placing the order. I've had experiences with other furniture companies where I was placed on hold for several minutes with no one getting back to me, another with a recorded message that drops your call at the end of it, and another where the price kept changing up and down as I asked for further information on a particular product. I would be happy to purchase from Home Living Furniture again, and look forward to receiving my new rocker recliner!

I ordered the Garden Walk writing desk and chest and was thrilled with both. The desk came wth many nice features in the drawers.. Both pieces were well made and look beautiful in my home office. The sales and service at Home Living Furntiture were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, in fact I already have.
