I probably should have known from the fact that the owner showed up hours late to a five minute estimate with no call (I had to call several them times) that I was on the wrong track with Frontier Tree Service. Nevertheless, when he finally showed up with only a vague apology, he offered a decent price and said that he'd come by to take down the tree in two to three weeks. As we are in an area affected by the recent hurricane, it didn't seem that unreasonable. Unfortunately, no one ever came to take down the tree. No call, no communication of any kind. Despite my numerous calls trying to get a real date as to when it was going to be sorted, I never got an honest response and ultimately, I had to give up. Avoid Frontier Tree Service - utterly unreliable from start to finish, oh wait – they don’t bother to finish.
