Elvira Major has all the credentials: classically trained in Hungary, Master's Degree in piano from the Manhattan School of Music. But she is much more than her resume. She works with each child individually, finding their strengths and their interests. Yes, she has the skills to produce a top-flight concert pianist, if that's what you're looking for, but for most of us, she can do something more: teach your child to understand and enjoy piano. She has taught 4 of our children, and each of them brought different abilities and interests, and she gave each of them a love of the piano.
