My sister and I went to get an ombre done and was very upset at the results. I hate confrontation so I didn't complain, but after hearing from everyone that I should ask for my money back I got the courage to call and ask for my money. I told him that I had to pay someone else to fix my hair, which took a total of three hours to do, and politely asked for a refund. He was rude on the phone and said that it was an excuse. What my hair actually looked like when he did it was just highlights that started about two inches away from the roots. I believe he just didn't know the technique and should have been honest when my sister and I showed him the picture. Unfortunately, it wasn't until the end that I realized that he really didn't know what he was doing. To get highlights and simple haircuts this place is okay, but if you want something with more complexity that requires skill and knowledge of current techniques, I would really not recommend this place.
