I changed to Sprint family plan beginning of September. Angel and Chuck seemed nice but little did I know, they left out many important details and lied to us about reimbursement on them paying off a previous plan phone we handed in. I'm now getting billed for it and they keep passing the buck as to who is handling it. If this goes to collections I'm getting an attorney involved. Beware of these salesman and the store!
