Our goal is your safety and comfort. We provide a home inspection done in a professional manner. Our inspections are on established homes; not new homes. We look to identify any deficiencies from the roof to the foundation that we can see and any code or safety violations. We want you to know what needs to be repaired or replaced in the house you are wanting to buy. We encourage your presence at the home inspection. We will answer your questions at the time of the inspection and after you have received your report. The most important thing that separates us from most home inspectors is 35 plus years experience. The knowledge gained in those 35 plus years experience goes into each and every home inspection we perform.
