Horrible experience. With the exception of Meg at the desk, the staff we encountered were incredibly rude and unprofessional.... particularly vet assistant, Bobby and older woman with short dark hair at desk. Dr. Cougar and Dr Kim used to provide great service. Now however there is a High turnover of staff, so never see the same vet twice. Also very overpriced and focused more on overcharging for unneccessary procedures than for actually providing good veterinary care. A Few years ago my Havaneese almost died from the vaccination she was given at High Peaks. Go elsewhere.

DR. COGAR ALONG WITH HIS TEAM WORKED EXTREMELY HARD FOR DAYS TO SAVE MY BELOVED GOLDEN RET.,MCKENNA AUSABLE RIVER. I WAS IN SUCH DISTRESS, JUST TOTALLY OUT OF MY MIND AND THEY TRUELY UNDERSTOOD. I WAS GIVEN AN EXAM ROOM FOR AS LONG AS I WANTED JUST TO SIT WITH HIM. DR. C WAS VERY HONEST WITH ME,HE TOLD ME KENNA WOULD DO WELL FOR ABOUT A MONTH BUT NOT TO BE FOOLED CANCER SPREADS. MY BOY ACTED LIKE A PUPPY AND WE HAD ONE LAST BEAUTIFUL MONTH FOR WHICH I'LL BE FOREVER GREATFUL. I NOW HAVE A LITTLE TINY CHIHUAHUA AND FROM DAY 1 SHE HAS ONLY GONE TO DR. COGAR! I HAVE TOTAL AND COMPLETE FAITH IN HIM AND THE ENTIRE STAFF AT HIGH PEAKS ANIMAL HOSPITAL!
