F1 for HELP is a computer repair shop located in the Westwood Plaza on Highway 53 in Rathdrum Idaho. We have been in our current location since October 2005. Our mission statement really sums up our work philosophy: “To serve small and medium sized business's to help them achieve maximum potential by insuring that their computer systems are operational during business hours.” This means that we work around you and your schedule. With the proper access and appropriate permissions, a majority of the maintenance work that we can perform can be done after-hours which minimizes the amount of downtime for our clients. We do understand that unforeseen events happen which is why we offer phone support for quick questions, and an on-site presence with a can do attitude.

I have had the techs at F1 for Help work on my laptop a few times over the past 2 years. They are knowledgeable and the customer service is great. If they can get you in right then and there they do so, if not the wait isn't that long. I highly recommend F1 for Help for any computer issues. And, their prices are very fair!
