My car went of a steep bank into a ditch and got trapped by a bunch of big rocks. Matt and Jared were careful and friendly. Matt's experience was evident in his handling of a tough situation. They got my car out without damaging it and were very pleasant to deal with.

I read the only review on hear and got scared off!! But after I called all the locksmiths and tow companies in the phone book and everyone we could find on my smart phone, NO one would come unlock my vehicle at 2am in the morning, so we called Olson Towing and the lady that answered the phone was so nice and told us it would be 45 minutes. The driver called us within 10 minutes and arrived in 30 minutes to do the lockout.The driver was professional and was in my vehicle in 2 minutes.Thank you Olson Towing your the best.PS. Progressive sent Olson Towing to unlock my car. The two young men worked for 1 hour trying to unlock my late model car. They were unable to complete the job. I refused to sign off on the insurance ticket. One of the men got angry at me and called me a deragatory name, out of my hearing, but in the hearing of witnesses. I called the company to complain. The man said "I don't believe you. Do you have a witness?" Well as a matter of fact I did. After talking to the witness, the man told me "I will take care of this". He did not offer an apology for the young man's behavior and he did not offer an apology for calling me a liar. Horrible Horrible Experience
