I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!!!My vehicle was taken from my home without my knowledge, wrecked and impounded at this business. My vehicle was left unlocked - the property was not secured by anyone. I entered the property on three occasions--ONCE TO BE INSPECTED 7:00PM ---SECOND BY MY HUSBAND 8:10pm---AND THIRD BY MYSELF 9:10PM on 6/28/15 TO REMOVE MY BELONGINGS AND LOCK MY CAR----- and was never confronted ONCE!!!!. I removed all my belongings myself and locked my own vehicle. The next day, I went to pick up my car and only a mechanic was on site. The place stunk of stale cigarette smoke and garbage and clutter was strewn everywhere OUTSIDE AND INSIDE---THE COUNTER COVERED IN GARBAGE AND ASHTRAYS. The driver told me to bring $132.50 in cash, they did not take checks or credit cards. A woman appeared and I asked where my keys were. She said they were in my car. I told her they were not, as I had locked my car last night with my spare and needed the original key. I told her I was not happy that my car was left unlocked and was not secured by their facility. She told me she didn't f***ing care what I thought. I couldn't believe she used that language. I asked where my keys were and she told me again that my f**ing keys were in my car. I proceeded to call the driver and he said they were with him. I told the driver I was there with a dolly to get my car and when could he have my keys. He said it would be an hour, To make a very long story short, this woman ranted and raved in language I can't write on here. I asked her to stop, she called me a mother f---ing bitc* over 5 times and I asked her to stop. She wouldn't, I lost my temper and threw a small sanitizer bottle at her. She came around the corner and yelled at the top of her lungs for me to get the "f" off her property and 10 times yelling in my face. THIS IS THE WIFE (APRIL) OF THE DRIVER (OWNERS??) LETS HOPE NOT!!!! I proceeded to leave with my driver and she called the cops and told them I threw a wrench at her. I called the POLICE when I got home and told them the real story---which they believed after talking on the phone to her. they told me she was by far the rudest--most obnoxious person they had every come in contact with. If you want to be treated like this---by all means call them up. My husband and daughter went to get my car. She told my husband and my daughter that I f**ing threw a wrench at her and pointed to the security camera and said it was all recorded. My husband asked to look at it and she said she gave it to the police and I was going to be arrested. My husband told her that if I threw a wrench at her or wanted to hurt her, she wouldn't be standing there talking to him, She wrote up a bill for $165!!!!! My husband tried to tell her that we were told $132.50 exactly and she said she didn't care, that was the amount we owed. They paid the bill and left. My husband called and asked the driver after talking to me to make sure that was the right amount --which I confirmed that is what I was told. The DRIVER SAID HE MADE A MISTAKE AND would refund the money, my husband didn't want to go back to their business after being treated this way. The driver (Tom) told my husband he would stop by my work and refund the money. that was NEVER done. I will be contacting the BBB to let them know how their operation works. People like this should not be in business and I find it hard to believe that hard working honest---courteous people go out of business and people like this ---JUST KEEP ON DOING WHAT THEY DO!!!
