My nephew's Birthday was coming up and I purchased him several items and I knew I would not have enough time to send the gifts through regular mail via the post office. I needed to find a UPS location and I asked the cashier that had just finished my last transaction, she said that there was a local UPS Store in the same shopping center and that the service and prices were excellent. She had just been mailed something out for the time and the young man that owned the store made the transaction go very smooth.



I concur; I also had the same experience at the UPS Store in Ranson, WV. The young man that owns the business was such a pleasure to work with. I felt that he went above and beyond what was necessary to make me feel comfortable and confident that my nephew's birthday gift would arrive on or before his Birthday.



Unfortunately, exceptional service is no longer something we expect it is something we are grateful for, I am truly grateful for the warm friendly family atmosphere Simon presented. Take my word for using Simon at the UPS Store in Ranson, WV you will not have to worry about your packages arriving safely or onetime.
