Avoid this place! Took my car there to get an alignment and the printout they gave me showed that it was further off than when we took it there, and when we asked about it they said they did all they could do, so i looked at it myself there was room to adjust. They just want me to be back after 6 months with bald tires needing more work done and while im at it i might as well share a friends experience with this place, shes an older lady that took her car there to get some work done and they decided the car needed more work that she didnt agree to and by the time she went to pick her car up they are asking for $500 extra before they give her car back

I must say I have been a customer of Thomas Tire since they opened. They have always been wonderful to work with....never a problem. They are honest and reasonable pricing. I took my car to 2 other garages and this is the one that figured out my issue....after 2 other bills and no fix. I couldn't be happier !!



I have always found Roger the manager a fair and reasonable man to work with....but most of all honest. That is tough to find these days.

I spent over 600$ at Thomas tire Randleman! My tire light came on in my car! 3 tires were 5 pounds over and one was 11 pounds under! This is an "expert " tire place? They need to learn what a tire pressure gauge is! I didnt even want to give them a one, but a negative 5 isnt available!
