Do I really have to give them 1 star? Currently I am on hold waiting for the produce manager to pick up. I called the store at 8:14 am and spoke to someone about the recalls on produce to see if the items that they delivered to me were included in the recall. Her computer was slow and would not give her the information that I needed so I asked to be transferred to the produce manager because she said they get the recall information. At 8:30 am she transferred me. It is now 10:17 am and I am still on hold. This is just one of 5 times that I have been put on hold for 30 mins or more. I have had issues with my delivery since July 25 . I have mad at least a dozen calls. The store manager Mark Burr was supposed to call me back over a week ago. I have called corporate and they transferred me back to customer service. I have spoke with Kenya, Jeanette, Steve and countless others who have not been able to resolve my situation. One of them at customer service said he absolutely wanted to help me and he would get billing on the line. I could hold or he would call me right back. I choose to have him call me back. That was 5 days ago. I'm glad I was not on hold for 5 days!
when I asked for substitutions on my order I got a bag of Dunkin Donuts coffee to substitute for Coffeemate hazelnut liquid coffee creamer, I got butter pecan ice cream instead of vanilla, I got white bread instead of Rye bread ( and indicated no substitutions) . I got Polly O string cheese to substitute for crumbled Feta. cheese. When I spoke to Kenya In the store she said they have a set list of which items are to be used as substitutes. Some of this is common sense but Kenya says they have to go by a list of substitutions. Why would I want a bag of ground coffee is I ordered liquid coffee creamer ?
why don't they check to see if someone has picked up a call? do they really want the store phones tied up for hours at a time on hold
