The staff at this center is not very knowledgeable, they are not confident in the products they sell and cannot answer questions about the hearing aids. My hearing aid was not made as I requested and when I asked for them to fix the problem, the staff and Terri, the manager made it seem like it was my fault, when it was their mistake. It has taken a long time to get my hearing aid back and no one from their office has even said, "We apologize for the inconvenience."
