I ORDERED BRAS BECAUSE THEY HAD NOTHING IN STOCK, THAT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS AGO. THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. I HAVE RETURNED TO THE STORE 3 TIMES TO FIND OUT WHAT THE ISSUE IS. DURING THEIR POSTED BUSINESS HOURS AND THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. ALSO HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND.

This is an awesome store. I found it very hard to find bras in my size. I went to Avenue, Lane Bryant and many other stores and found nothing but the women at THE BRA LADY were able to help. Their customer service was great when it came to measuring and getting me what I needed. I was able to get different colors and designs. Kudos to these ladies. I will be back soon to get more bras. I definitely recommend visiting them for any of your bra and intimate needs. Thanks Ladies for all your help.
