Living at Rose Glen has been an exciting experience, from the wonderful staff to the spacious and well-kept facility within its self. The staff is very professional, kind, and go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that every tenant is more than satisfied with their living conditions. The Apartment grounds are very clean and manicured on a daily basis and they also have a nice sparkling pool that is taken care of everyday and laundry facilities on the premises that are also cleaned and taken care of everyday. Overall here at Rose Glen were not just a caring community were a family!!!

I moved into QPM apartments 10/31/10 from another California Country and can honestly say I've met four leasing managers which welcomed me and went out their way to make sure I was satisfied with my apartment. I haven’t known of a place to help their tenants in this bad economic time find work to help pay off partial rent. I also had the privilege of meeting the Director of Operations, and I can see where the compassion and love truly comes from. I have never known a Co. that is truly concerned about the tenants well being. Working as a team to work on the issues that may accrue in the complexes to make it a safer, better place to live...

ROSE GLEN. Apts and qpm property management will rent to any one and I mean anyone. They do not care about thier good tenants. They have meth dealers and crack dealers for managers. Their property is roach infested and dirty . They do not care for good tenants ones who pay thier rent on time or more. The rancho pd and sac sherriffs have rated them the worst apts in rancho.. I would give them zero stars.
