Jacks in Gold River is in a great location and convenient for stopping to get dinner on the way home. Staff are quick and efficient!

I went there today and the food was fabulous. There is plenty of seating, and of course outside seating as well. Great place!

I recently ordered the Harvest Salad, it was wonderful, with the exception of them forgetting to add one of the ingredients. When I brought it to the attention of the server after my salad was delivered, they said they would correct it, but got busy and did not.

Great food! Very positive enviroment pays close attention to customers needs. The food is delicious.

I really enjoy the steak salad and adding all my favorite extras. I love the balsamic dressing. It is always nice to have the option of eating outside on nice days to enjoy the fresh air. Service is always friendly.

My husband, son & I went to jacks.A place cafeteria style, preorder, pre pay. Upon trying to steal a bit of mac n' cheese from my son, I found a long hair completely wrapped in the pasta.After politely and quietly informing the staff they continued to scoop mac n' cheese from the same pot which the hair came from..when a new one was brought to us it was nearly dropped on the table by a obviously upset employee. After eating I decided something further should be said about this since not even a simple apology had been received. The on duty manager ended up being the same employee that so rudely brought over the ''new'' mac. Before I could say anything he said '' What I believe happened, is that you put the hair in your own food'' when asking why I'd possibly do that $2.95 mac he replied that I seemed upset in line and maybe was fighting. Not that its any of his business or that this had something to do with the hair but we're very happy people in line or out just not at jacks again! I'm completely appalled by the lack of health code and costumer service ( to say the least) at the Rancho Cordova location...
