My hair is naturally black. I went in with it being lightened to a bronze red/brown. She got it to the blonde you see in the photo within an hour and a half and it has stayed and it's been a couple weeks! I love my new color. The price was super reasonable and Tina is very sweet. Always going back

Well its almost two weeks after my gel mani pedi. And I must confess that within that period I have washed tons of pots and dishes. I have been to the beach numerous times. I have made numerous sand castles and have not worn gloves as protection while doing my everyday routines. Aside from the growth my nails look wonderful. No chips. They look great, for me that is a life changing experience. No more weakly visits which save me time. Priceless. ..Thanks for the best gel mani pedi ever...I am a very happy girl! :)

I love Faith Salon! They always go above and beyond what is expected and have never disappointed me. Whether your hungry and tina offers you a banana, you want a specific gel-nail color and they search for it til they find it or listen to your demanding little 4 yr old they will take care of you AND your family. Tina cuts my hair very well! I've been going there over 2 yrs now. I can't find anyone who layers as well as her. She has special skills from all her seminars. Thanks again Tina!

This was the best Manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten. Her name is Amy. After reading the reviews I don't think I'll get a hair cut.

Worst place i have ever gone to! I ask for ash blond highlights she didn't know what that was, then after i explained it she bleached the whole top of my head. If that wasn't bad enough my roots were left yellow, like lemon yellow. As well as my hair is now fried. I will never go back and caution anyone before they go here!

oK yesterday i went in and told the lady i wanted to go blonde i was dark brown on top and a lighter brown on botttom she said ok we shoul mix meduim and light blonde together great the colors looked good after blowing drying my hair i found out the color wasnt the color i wanted number one and number two my hair was 3 colors and i told her this isnt what i asked for and i was crying the lady said look i already used 2 boxes on your hair what i didnt know salons used boxed dye and i was like im unhappy this isnt the color and she then made this statement to me "I think white girl is acting like this because she didnt wanna pay me" how rude is that i left i filed a complaint with Better Buisines Bureau and i filed a complaint with comotolegy board this place needs to be shut down they only care about the money not the clients happiness i would NEVER go back there again

I went in today for a haircut. The lady before me was complaining that she did not want her hair trimmed. That all she asked for was a color, highlights and style. The girl was chopping her hair off. The lady paid and walked out. So when I sat in the hot chair. The lady started talking about the last customer. I explained how I wanted my hair cut. She first started off flat ironing my hair?? no water, and she would poke her nails in my head to move my head. She started cutting more and more. I asked her to trim my bangs and she cut off an inch in the middle. I told her "That is too much, she said oh no it looks pretty this way" I said no I dont like that. So she stopped and didnt even show me the back of my hair. I paid, and left. I should have not paid. My hair looked lop sided and uneven. It was horrible! I could have went home closed my eyes and cut my own damn hair and probably would have done a better job. I went to Supercuts right after and the lady there felt so bad....and showed me all the problems wrong with my hair. SO PLEASE Men or Ladies!! Do not go here. They are rude and only care about the cash they make not the quality. They are not sympathetic to making a customer happy. I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE!

Worse Salon in Rancho Cordova... To small to be A Salon or spa Tech did good job on my pedicure ,but when she went to do my Eye lash extension ..This woman used Krazy Glue mixed with Hair glue to do my lashes and then tried to charge me more.. I kept telling her that my eyes were burning and she kept sayin it ok it ok let them dry ,, she had to slowly pry apart my eyes because they were glued shut.. I was in tears and could not see I had to call my Daughter to come help me .. my daughter had to go get me Eye Wash and drops then we went to the ER where they had to pick out the SHARDS OFF DRIED KRAZY GLUE from my eyes which felt like glass I allmost went blind in my left eye .. I have reported this to the State Board and this salon needs to be shut down
