Everyone is so friendly and very attentive to my fur baby. They did an awesome job on my pup.

After a shave and a bath, our dog was left a nasty skin irritation that quickly became infected. His nails were badly clipped, they were left jagged, were cut too short to the point where they bled. He was shaved too close to his skin. And was left with a limp. They blamed it on the shampoo after he had gotten an infection a second time. They quickly hung up and were very rude.
