Every time I go into a Suntrust it’s slow and unhelpful service at best. Final straw today... moving banks on Monday.

Slow and disinterested staff, painful wait times just to make a wire - a wire is an electronic payment that should be extremely quick and simple!

getting the run around with overdraft fees, keeping my ATM accounts pending for days and then re-listing them in a different order, and freezing my account for trying to pay my electric bill with the same ATM card and bank account card that I have used for years....I use to love this bank but it is becoming like all the rest and I am sure will have a class action settlement against them.
