Spent $300. Son's bday was ruined!!

I decided to have son's 5th birthday at frankies and was very disappointed because they advertise all you can eat pepperoni and cheese pizza. Well how does 8 pizzas feed 19 people?!!! I was supposed to have a server but we ended up serving ourselves! I told the resturant Manager that I was allergic to pork and the next pizza he brings is a meat which has pork on it. I asked why couldn't they bring out 2 pizzas at a time but he said they had to be eaten 1 at a time. Which I thought was stupid because if we have 19 people and there is only 10 slices on a pizza it would be eaten. So then he brings 1 half pepperoni and half cheese and of course I could not still eat because I am what allergic to pork. I was the one paying and yet still an hour later I am still asking for something to eat. Then he started complaining about the time and I told him if he had brought the pizzas out that I had asked for we could have already been done. So finally after nearly losing my cool and waiting an hour and 30 minutes. I finally get a cheese pizza. Which I ate the whole pizza and then asked for another pizza and the request was not honored!!! I tried to be nice but he kept staring at me like I was poor or something or like I was going to walk out without paying because people in my party were leaving because they were hungry and no food was coming. So I ended up paying and then decided to go play games because this is my son's birthday. I was told that I had paid for 10 cards that had $14 each on them and of course that was not true. I went and talked to the game manager and he wouldn't honor what the girl told me. We didn't receive all of our wristbands. He told me there was no problem and he wasn't going to do anything. So I got loud and said there was a problem. Then he said, he wanted to talk to one of my guests about my money and my card. Which in turn made me more mad. He then claimed he was going to refund me my money but had me escorted out by the sheriff! because I asked who was the owner and that I wanted my money back for everything because this is not how you are to be treated especially when I spent over $300.00. I know I was loud but I never threatened anyone and all I wanted them to do was honor what they advertised!!!!! My son started crying and so was I. This is not how I wanted my son's bday to be. That night I let my son go with his godmother and he called me the next day and asked me If I was okay. I was shocked because even though he was sad about what happened at frankies he was more concerned about me. The girl who booked my party did call me and claimed that the General mgr was going to contact me but that never happened. She also claimed that she would give me a way to contact the owners and that was a lie!!! I have tried to get in contact with anyone from frankies but no one will call me back. I will never go back to frankies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats not good ownership

that response from the owner is horrible, ever heard the customer is always right? the right thing to do is say, come in here and ill give you a free meal, sorry for last time, you don't say,, o thats BS i put 15 mil into the company, learn to treat customers as adults. 15 mil doesn't take care of bad service. Been to Frankies, great food and drinks, always a pain with the service, but my kids love it so i must go back. but i wont be friendly if i see the owner.

The rides are so much fun. The problem is the staff. The service at the restaurant is really bad, and the management doesn't care. It should not take 20 mins to get a bill, and I should not have to beg the manager (who just refused to take off the auto gratuity) for a to-go box when I'd asked the server for one 30 minutes earlier. Also, be very specific about which rides you want to do. The slick track costs an extra $.50, but they won't always put that on your card even if you specifically say you want the slick track. All in all, I'm going to avoid this place as much as possible. I always leave angry.

Please call me to respond to this review which as an owner of this business and having spent $15 million dollars to open Frankie's in Raleigh, I feel this review is very unfair and probably a kid pulling a prank. Thanks, Doug Godley
