I could not agree more with all of the other reviews. This company is horrible. I do not appreciate the collections manager hanging up on my fiané while he tried to sort out the problem that this company and the law firm they retained created. In my opinion, beginning the foreclosure of my home after ALL of the overdue payments were made is not good customer service and certainly is not professional; ironic, is it not? In my opinion this company is not professional and I would not recommend allowing them to be your neighborhood's HOA.

Aloof and completely unorganized! They have only been our HOA manager for 6 months and I’m already dreading the decision to hire them. I’ve primarily dealt with Karen Bayless, at Elite Management, and apparently she doesn’t know the meaning of the word customer service. I contacted her concerning complaints with the landscaping company and it took her two months to take action! Her excuse was that they needed time to get up to speed on our property, yet they had no problem collecting dues and cashing the checks from day one! So it takes you two months to respond to complaints but you’ll be taking money on day one?! And their response to complaints, when they even bother to respond at all, is to simply reply with an email that says “we’re working on it”. What does that mean?! There are never any action items and nothing ever gets done, except for them collecting their money! I would recommend avoiding Elite Management at all costs!.

The last review was true. This is a terrible management company. When my family and I first moved to our neighborhood we had an excellent management compay. I do not know what happened, but they changed to Elite. I would hope that they would maintain the standard that the company before them had maintained.....THEY DID NOT! Karen is LAZY! She does not enforce the bylaws. Sadly I have seen a change in our neighborhood since Elite has taken over. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR HOA. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON ANYTHING. KAREN BLAYLISS IS SATISFIED WITH LETTING THE BOARD MEMBERS (RESIDENCE) DO HER WORK. WHY PAY HER WHEN OUR BOARD MEMBERS CAN DO WHAT SHE IS SUPPOSE TO BE DOING!!!!!!!
