I made the mistake of going to this location at 7:30 on a Thursday night and got trapped in the drive thru line (because of the poor location planning). You'd understand if you've ever been. When we finally got to ordering for 4 people the lady acted like she understood our order, however when we got our food 2 whole meals were missing/incorrect. I was also a bit irritated at the tow truck trying to get someone out of a parking space, which blocked the entire entrance (not cookouts fault but still made the experience a bad one). next time you get that cookout craving be sure it's not busy or rush hour!
