Scott Sloan of Clock Wise came...

Scott Sloan of Clock Wise came to my home in Nth Raleigh to repair a my Ridgeway grandfather clock that was continuously striking. He discovered that a label had come off and was interferring with the movement. I had been previously been told by a Wake Forest company that I had a broken striker pin and they recommended a costly repair. I decided to get another opinion and so glad I did!! Scott also discovered that my clock did not have it's original minute hand and the nut had been installed 'back to front' causing a sloppy movement. He replaced the hand with a correct one and replaced the nut (both free of charge). He deserves a 5 star rating in my book. I requested several of his business cards to give to my friends in the neighborhood.
