we never had problem at the shop, we have ot lots of work done yeah it takes time to take it there leave it there or to go and pick up. but i alwasy get what to are ready to pay for.

I am the person who wrote the review about the transmission. I don't understand why these people won't tell me where my car is and why they didn't call me for my approval to send it to the junk yard to have someone else work on my transmission.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE! I called them to request information about replacing a transmission. The guy I spoke to says it would probably better for me to get a used trans because it only had 17,000 mls on it rather than a rebuilt trans.He is the expert so I am trusting him. I paid him $1400. I get the car back in two days and the transmission light comes on. I bring it back to him, he keeps it for another two days. I pick it up and drive it for about 30 minutes and the transmission light comes back on again. So, once again I bring it back to them. That was on Monday, Feb 22. Today is March 2 and I still don't have my car back. The guy tells me that he sent it to the person who they purchased the trans from which was a salvage place. He never told me that he was buying from salvage. Now he won't tell me where my car is. DONT USE THEM!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY AROGANT. Salaams.
