I bought an ebike and a mountain bike from All-Star at Ridgewood earlier this year for my son and I. We have had the absolute worst experience with them on every interaction since. Terrible management. Terrible customer service from everyone I have dealt with at the store and on the phone since. They told us to come in for a free tune up 6 months after purchase. First time we brought our bikes in we thought the manager was going to fight us because we didn’t have masks on. I said not to be concerned because I had been vaccinated, but gladly accepted the masks from the box he stuck in our faces. They proceeded to tell us we’d have to come back in a few weeks by scheduling an appointment, they can’t make a reservation, couldn’t keep the bikes there, etc. Then, we follow up weeks later to schedule the tune ups and Paul tells us he’s too backed up, no need for tune ups if there’s nothing wrong with them, big attitude from the minute he picked up the phone. Unbelievable! We spend thousands of dollars on bikes and this is the treatment we get.

Great Service

I took my bicycle in on Saturday at noon and by 3:00 PM they were finished replacing both tire tubes. Now that's what I call customer service.
