It was a horrible experience. I asked SAndy and her team for help removing an account on my credit report. I signed a contract and paid for services upfront that were not delivered. I provided all requested documents and responded to requests for additional information. Communication and services were promptly discontinued in July for no reason. This was a breach of contract and failure to provide services as documented. Additionally, the company failed to return emails or calls for over 6 months. After Sandy, the owner, was made aware of the fact that they broke their own service agreement, she promptly cut off communications again. This was a horrible experience and people should be aware that they lack professionalism, the ability to communicate and service clients, and the ability to abide by their OWN contract.
