Very poor customer service. They failed to add the cheese I paid for. I didn't realize it until I got home, miles away. When I returned, they told me I had to bring all of the food back! They were unapologetic, even combative. I got combative with them, verbally. They called the cops on me to silence my rightful complaint! Of course, the cops didn't care about a dispute between management and the customer over an order. They still owe me my money. Apparently, with impunity, they can fail to deliver on a promise that was paid for and suffer no consequences at all. I just have to eat the loss, and they get away with treating the customer with contempt and lack of empathy or compassion. I had my receipt, but all I got was a lecture about how stupid I was for not bringing back the food and how I messed up and that was why I wasn't going to have it made right. Unbelievable.
