Very happy with this service. Service men where at my residence within the hour of calling them. My second time using this service and am very impressed. Service men were very professional and easy to communicate with. They did a good job and educated me on related concerns. I highly recommend their service.

Never again!

Not happy with their service at all. We got the septic tank pumped back in Sept. Of 2013. The bath tubs had filled with sewage and toilets wouldn't flush. We called them out to pump the tank's. They charged us $150 and we included $20 for a tip, totally $170.00. We were told we wouldn't have to get it pumped again for another 2 to 3 years. We didn't have anymore problem's until June 2014. The tubs started to fill up again and the toilets would not flush. I called them back. They came out again. It was the same two guys who came out the first time. The older gentleman said that the last people must have not emptied it entirely. I told him that they were the last ones who were here. I made sure to keep my receipts. He said that normally you have to ask to have both sides pumped. I said for $150.00 I would have expected it all to be pumped since that is their job, not mine. I don't know anything about septic tanks. He then said I may be using too much water and to check my water bill to see if I was going over the recommended amount of gallons per month. He said the ground may be too saturated and I would need a new drain field added. He only charged me $120.00 this time. I would have paid the additional $30 at the time if I knew only the water side of the tank was getting pumped. They left me the number of a brother company to get potential quotes on a new drain field. Exactly one week later my bath tubs filled again and toilets would not flush. I called the brother company and asked them to come check out what the problem may be. They came out and said the solids were not pumped. That we may need a new drain field eventually, but that was not the problem at this time. I was very upset seeing as I had already paid $120.00 a week earlier. While still in my presence this guy called the other company and was being told if I would have paid the remaining $30 then they would have pumped the solid side as well. I was never told it needed to be pumped and we had a discussion at that visit about both sides being pumped. I thought they were only charging me $120 since it hadn't even been a year since the last cleaning. This same day the Belton septic company came out and told my husband they could only skim the top of the sludge and that they would have to charge $30 or more to pump more than half. I can't keep paying ridiculous amounts of money to have them do a half job every week! I do not recommend this company to anyone. I believe that they took advantage of my family and we will be giving our business to someone else when it comes time to get the drain field replaced.

Highly Recommended!! Twice now, they've gotten out to us quickly (today, it was less than 30 minutes from my initial call). $185 to have our 1000 gallon take pumped and filter cleaned (tank pumping is just $150 but our filter was also in need of cleaning). The guys are polite and professional. Make them your first call.

Great company! I had them come out and pump out my septic tank. They came out within 48 hours and only charged me $165, while the average cost is around $220-250 in our area. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
