My wife dropped off a Christmas stocking to have my son's name embroidered on. My wife was notified that the stocking was complete and ready for pick up. My wife went to pick it up and the woman explained that the machine tried to "eat" the stocking. The woman explained that she had to put a patch over it with his name embroidered. The price was discounted, after paying and further examination my wife discovered that the stocking was fine but they had sewn his name on upside down. My wife was devastated and called the woman and said she was upset that she felt lied to. The lady said isn't that sweet you went through all the trouble to check it. The patch was hand sewn on and wasn't even secured properly to the stocking. Thanks for being a "true professional" and ruining my son's stocking...the evidence safely embroidered to his stocking upside down.
