1ST He was 1 hour late for appointment, 2ND He was unpleasant or grouchy, 3RD He raised his price from last year and never said so on the phone or when He arrived, He grabbed my fire extinguishers went out to his truck for 2 minutes and came back with a bill 15% higher than last years bill.Dont use this company if you can help it, I will shop aroung next year.
