Extremely poor service! I have been trying to set up my son's 5th Birthday party here for the past month and have yet to receive a phone call! We were looking forward to experiencing a wonderful time in their facility, yet the seem to disappoint. I am not the only one who has had this problem, as my cousin tried to have her daughter's party there and also did not receive a call back!
