All zeros......cant get a local number....bullshit....my package still HAS NOT ARRIVED.....bullshit......but they can deliver bogus fraud checks to my door all day long......bullshit......what a scam....even after talking to "george" multiple times and being connected to a driver, still nothing.....this is quincy, il.....not NYC......get it together......horrible taste left after this experience

Always kind and courteous calling to inform me of any issues with my shipment. All of the poor reviews on this site are related to delivery services and not the Fedex ship center in Quincy Illinois. Shipping is an unpredictable service delays happen, and it is no fault of the shipping center. Don't write scathing reviews of a location because a related service failed your too high expectations in some way.

I am NOT happy at all.. I paid to have my package delivered on a certain day and it was due to deliver that day.. NO ATTEMPT was made and to make it even better the next day they would attempt to deliver would be 3 days away.. It makes it hard to have a business when you are needing your orders and they don't deliver the day they say they will even when you pay for it!!

Threw package containing electronics out the window of delivery vehicle after driver failed to locate my address. It was raining all the next day as I combed the streets waiting for FedEx to call me back with more info. I would rate 0 stars if I could...

dropped my 200 dollar phone on my door step while I told them to hang on while I put up my dog.did not wait for me to open the door
