She spoke to me in terms I could understand and I appreciate that as a woman wi th next to no knowledge on the topic. All I knew was that I tried to turn the heat on nothing happened. Tony stopped by with his son the next day and explained what the problem was and my options. I didn't feel pressured to go one way or another and was grateful he explained the pros and cons of each decision for my scenario. I was very happy with the work they did and will 100% use them again in the future.
