I'd give them less than a star if I could. Staff didn't follow through on adjustments to my bill. Left we $220.00 out of pocket. Don't listen to their just a little over everyday line. Where I went to school 2/day for 30 days is $60 not $220. Staff refused to pick me up or drop me off. I'm only wasting more time with you're terrible company hoping it costs you some customers

Great Service. The Customer-service Staff is professional and attentive. The cars a very nice and well kept. I highly recommend the Enterprise Rental in Queensbury NY.

My wife needed a car for one day so she could get to work. We checked the local area, not a lot of car rental places and found Enterprise. I had used Enterprise numerous times before and always had a good experience, well until now. We reserved the car online and picked it up all without issue. When we went to return the car my wife went in and turned it in. When she came out we noticed they had charged us for the insurance that we had declined when we rented the car. I went back in and the Enterprise Rent A Car employee said "oh my mistake"...not sure how that is a mistake. Looking at the rental agreement it is VERY clear if you take or decline the rental insurance. Sorry but our mistake of renting from this Enterprise Rent A Car will be our last, we will not rent from this location again.
