Wow- worst tow experience ever! And I have dealt with several tow companies being that I am a service manager at a large Nissan franchise. The owner/dispatcher is highly rude and uneducated. She gives tow companies a bad name. Do your research before utilizing this company.

Last week I jumped in my husband's truck to drive the 1 and 1/2 miles to pick my son up from school. I ran out of gas at the first stoplight I came to. A Secure Towing truck just happened to pull up right beside me and asked if I needed some help. The driver quickly pulled the truck to a nearby parking lot and didn't even charge me! I was able to get a gallon of gas from another passerby and I was still on time to get my son from school. I highly recommend A Secure Towing.

My car broke down this past Friday, 4/24, outside the town of Queen Creek and I had to call my car insurance company to get a tow. After some administrative time they told me it would by 45 minutes until a tow truck would arrive. Ten/Fifteen minutes later A Secure Towing showed up. The operator was careful with the loading of my car (one owner, 1984 Nissan 300ZXT, my baby) and very efficiently delivered me and the car to the mechanic in north Phoenix who maintains my car. I recomment A Secure Towing to everyone.

Saturday night I accidently left my keys in the car. My friend had recommended this place the customer service was great and very friendly. Rates were affordable and they didnt keep me waiting. I would recommend A Secure Towing to everyone...theyre very reliable!
