This year I had to rent a instrument for my son. I came to this store and received great service. They helped me right away and set me up with everything that my son would need for his first year of band. Im glad that Queen Creek has such a great music store! Thank you Alan's Music for all the help!!

Went to this place for the first time to rent an instrument for my daughter. Upon entering, I was never greeted. There were 2 other customers at the counter and one in the back looking at books or something so I waited. The cashier helped the two people at the counter and when it was my turn, the customer that was in the back appears and the cashier says he's going to help her before he can help me! So annoyed because I wasn't just waiting for a minute or two, I'd been waiting for 10+ minutes and never felt welcomed! I went to another local music store and was greeted and tended to in the amount of time I waited at this place. Won't be going back.
