Provided by YP.comI was completely frustrated with this establishment when I specifically stated beforehand that I did not want to use their pharmacy. The vet had a script filled and my card got charged and they wouldn't do anything to correct the issue. All they would tell me as that I wouldn't find meds cheaper anywhere else and that they couldn't be returned once they were filled. I will not be recommending this place to any of my fellow pet owners.

Provided by YPmobileAfter a full week of my cat being treated,3 different Drs and 3 different visit and many tests run 800$ later and emergency surgery my cat lost a large tooth and had 3 more surgically removed due to lack of listening and lack of knowledge. My cat was almost lost due to incompetency.

Provided by YPmobileI had to put my good friend manly to sleep due to liver failure. The vets treated me with honesty and compassion. They seemed to care for my cat as much as me. That's good medicine!

Dr Lawrencechecked out my 3 lb chihauhua puppy on New Years Eve. She had been throwing up and having loose stools since 3am. Not only did I not get an apt quickly but when we finally got in to the Dr my puppy was shaking uncontrollably and miserable. Even though I asked for pain medication to ease her pain we were made to wait for another half hour for the results of blood tests. Since she didn"t have pancreatitis she was injected with fluids and antinausue medication and sent home. My puppy died 3 hours later. Only later did we realize that a simple hypoglycemia test would have prevented this whole tragedy.Evidently , this Dr was not aware that little dogs are prone to that. in my opinion this staff is not only heartless but elementally uneducated on the basics. Beyond that they have no issue charging for letting them kill my dog! i wont ever return!
