my first experience was not bad, but my second was terrible. I called before hand for a nail repair and they said I could come in, so I did. They made me wait about an hour before getting to me. The lady did a COMPLETELY different shape. My nails were originally coffin shaped but my repaired nail is now almond shaped. She was also rushing and flooded my cuticle with polish and did a terrible filing job, then proceeded to CHARGE me for it (when it was supposed to be free) AND SCAMMED ME!!! I was supposed to get $17 back but she took $3 for herself (charged me $6 in all) and I ended up getting only $14 back. Now, mind you, I am a high schooler and most likely did this because I am a minor. Overall, horrible (x100000) experience & won’t be going back ever.

I have been here before for a manicure and I saw them do a full set on a girl and they looked great. However, when I went in to get a full set this time Julie rushed through my nails. The acrylic is so coated on some of the nails it looks absolutely ridiculous. She left gouges when she was trying to file them down and you can see all the dings through the fingernail polish. I asked for almond-shaped tips and they are all different looking. My nails look absolutely ridiculous right now. I do a better job with press on nails.

I have never been so upset! I left this place in tears! I'm a stay at home mother I have a two-year-old who unfortunately I have to bring when I get my nails done. When we first walked in she accidentally leaned up against the bulb around the window sill and broke it. I apologized I felt terrible! The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional as I'm apologizing she's just telling me how expensive it is. First thing she says to me is "what do you want " I said I would like a fill. Again the owner goes on telling me how expensive the bulb is as I continue to apologize, then I say I'll pay for it should I just go somewhere else this is ridiculous. When I left I signed my tab for $50 over and I told her and said I will make sure to leave a review and let everyone know how extremely rude you are she started to backpedal and say oh no no it wasn't rude. I said you know accidents happen the worst part is she brings her six-month-old son to work every day !

I friggin love my nails!!!! They gave me such great service, I was treated to a had massage and they where so careful, and kept asking if it hurt or if it was ok. Made sure the nail was the right shape and they painted them just how I wanted. Then got a pedicure and it was the best leg and foot massage of my life. Absolutely loved it, yes it was busy in there but they made sure I got plenty of attention and I felt very welcomed. I will NEVER go anyplace else again!!!!

This nail shop and the employees are extremely unprofessional. The owner brings her baby to work with her so there are baby items everwhere, walker, swing etc. Not to mention this baby is being exposed to all those chemical smells every day! The Pierce County Health Depth definitely needs to make a visit here

I was rushed through the appt and "Julie" hurt my nails so bad and I had told her before the appt it was sore. I will not be returning ever.

Absolutely the worst nail experience I have ever had. The women were rude, unprofessional and unreasonable. Today I arrived looking for a manicure and what I got was a bleeding cuticle and awful nail polish application. Mind you, my nails are decent length and I have never seen any other manicurist struggle as much as the woman did today. I ended up asking for the polish to be removed and still they tried to charge me because I got a "massage". Who knew that putting cheap lotion on my hands and rubbing it in was a massage? It was also a very cramped and unsanitary facility. One of the women working there had her child at work with her and proceeded to change her baby's diaper in the middle of the store. Save your money and go somewhere else, guaranteed a 6 year old could of done my nails better than the manicurist did today.

Got French tip nails done on my nails and they put the white tip way to far down my nail and now it looks stupid. The tip is as short as it can go on my finger and can't go shorter and still looks stupid

They refused to take them off and wouldn't give me my money back.

Julie and other gals did a full set for me, very fast and incredibly efficient and thorough. My nails look amazing and are completely smooth, perfect shape, and filled completely to the edge without touching my skin. I will be returning here always for my nails!

Best foot massage I've ever had during a pedicure ! It was my first time here and they impressed me!

I love this place the girls are so sweet. They are careful and professional. They do whatever they can to make you feel welcome and relaxed. I drive 20 minutes just to get my eyebrows waxed!

Lam and the girls are always so sweet! If anyone ever gets turned away from this store it's because they Are always busy! Call and make an appointment then you won't get turned away! They always do a fantastic job with my nails!! Love these girls!!!

I love this place. I only go here for pedicures and have never had a bad experience. They massage you forever and the people are always nice. I like when I get Manis and Pedis and they do them at the same time. Totally feel pampered.

I walked into this nail salon and they turned me away because I told them we needed was a $5 Polish change.they told me they were too busy. Then lady walked in behind me and wanted a manicure and a pedicure and they took her right in because it was a bigger sale.the last time I was in there they rushed through my fill I was having done and had multiple people working on me at once not relaxing whatsoever they should really reconsider how rude they are in the salon due to the fact there are so many other ones around here.I do not recommend this salon at all rude rude people
