My experience with Santis Quality Tire and Wheel was very good and I saved a ton of money . Carlos saved two tires for me , fixed my flat after picking them up . He was professional and did a great job and also very friendly

SANTIS TIRES IN PUYALLUP WA IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I AM 3 MONTHS PREGNANT AND WAS DRIVING ON A SPARE TIRE FOR WAY TO LONG,I HIT A CURB TO AVOID A DOG AND BENT THE RIM SO BAD MY TIRE WAS WIGGELING WHEN I DROVE. I HAD NO MONEY AND DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND SANTIAGO ACTUALLY PUT A NEW TIRE ON A NEW RIM FOR ME AND PUT IT ON FOR ME! I CRIED I WAS SO GRATEFUL THANK U SO MUCH SANTIS TIRES AND WHEELS! WASHINGTON USES TIRES WAS HORRIBLE AND VERY MEAN TO ME SO THANK U TO SANTIAGO :) ASHLEY F

not sure what the problem was with the last guy and his comments but I have always received the best customer service and tires at this shop since it opened.

I send everyone I know to this shop and I have never got a complaint, they are always capable of above and beyond service.

you can't get a better deal on new or used tires than this place.

First time visiting this shop and last time. The guys working were not friendly at all. They both looked confused and seemed they were to busy telling each other what to do instead of taking care of customers. I bought 4 new tires but I feel I paid to much for the quality of the product . I should of just went to a bigger brand name shop , and even if I paid more at least the customer service and the quality would have been there because it's definitely lacking at this place. Train your workers to treat customers with more respect and you might get more business, this was tires for my sons car , I was thinking of taking my car but that's not gonna happen. I dont know where you get your positive reviews because my experience at this shop was nothing to get excited about. Low quality tires and no customer service ,,next time I'll take my money elsewhere

Santi's Tires & Wheels is a great place to go they are fast and friendly! All of the staff are very friendly and the tires are very well priced! Santi's is also very clean. If you have any tire or wheel needs or both I would highly recommend going to Santi's they will take great care of you!

I had great service today at santi"s tire shop, I got a great deal on mounting and balancing some wheels and tires. I planned to go home and put them on my vehicle but they were so nice and did it for me. He even sprayed myntires with a tire shine. Great location and excellant service with great prices on new and used tires.The manager, Salvatore, aims to please all his customers and strives to constantly improve his shop and service. I always leave feeling like I got great service at a fair price. What more can you ask? This is the tire store for me.
