This is the BEST place for animal care. They have a great staff, and are open daily. My dog goes monthly for his health certificate so he can fly out of state. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have always had GREAT service at RR Vet Hospital. They are open daily....this includes Sundays. Oliver (my dog) is never shy to enter the door. I travel monthly to California and so we are there to get his health certificate...they expect us. I have recommended them to everyone I meet.

It can be difficult to find a vet that knows how to treat greyhounds. They require special anesthetic and have different test levels. I am extremely pleased with the doctors that have treated mine. They are aware of all of the special needs of sight hounds and are extremely caring people. The front office staff has been great!

I also had to have my 18 yo cat euthanized after treating him for some time in their office and they did that with dignity, caring and kindness. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wanted quality care and reasonable pricing.

What a great find! When shopping around for a vet last year, when we got our 1st puppy, we found River Road Animal Hospital. They had a puppy package no other vet could match on price, $128, or services. It included all vacs and exams for 1st six months. When 'Belle' got sick and we had to come in and get meds.-no charge. When she was exposed to fleas, 1st drops-no charge. They included everything the 1st six months. I was very impressed. They don't rush you in and out. They talk with you and make sure all your questions and concerns are answered and addressed. Great staff, too! They are open early everyday and close late. You can get right in when needed. I love this place! It's worth the drive from N. Tacoma.
