My experience with this shop has been absolutely a nightmare. It has been 4 weeks and $3500 since I dropped my wife's car off because of a transmission issue. I have returned it three times because of issues. They are currently pulling the transmission out for the third time to try and fix workmanship and parts issues. I've asked for my money back and of course have gotten the run around. I have no trust that the car will ever be right so I will most likely be trading it in as soon as I can get it to run long enough to get it to a dealer. When I was in the shop the other night to pick it up (unsuccessfully) I met two other ladies who had similar experiences to mine. All of them unresolved. Save yourself some time, money, and heartache. Take it somewhere else.

These guys are awesome. They've taken care of me and my car 100%. Yeah, rebuilding a transmission is expensive, but every dollar I've spent has been well worth it. They're professional, prompt and timely in service. Also very friendly. I've got nothing to say but good things about this place. I 100% recommend.

This place is a complete rip-off. They quote you one price and then tell you another. They had my vehicle 3 weeks and it is still not right. They would not give me a copy of the warranty. No communication with anyone but pablo. The owner is always gone, so you can't talk with him. Get everything they say on paper.

There are a lot of places to choose from. Make sure you choose one of them and not this place. They are dishonest, rude, and unethical

Had some work recently done, not diagnosed properly, communication was poor, and the price was significantly more than quoted. Will not recommend.

These guys were great to work with. I have a 2003 Honda Accord that was acting up on me. It finally gave out at the mall. I called them and they towed it in for me. They explained everything to me and even showed me the transmission in the back when it was apart. They gave me a great warranty and the price was right. Thanks for the great work.

I would totally recommend these guys! Took my truck in thinking I needed a tranny rebuild. I really wasn't at a point to pay for the new rebuild and was stressed. They were honest and told me that I could probably go awhile longer without the rebuild. Most shops wouldn't care and would just want me to fork over the money....not Meridian. When my truck does finally need the rebuild I will for sure be returning to those guys. Thanks again Meridian Transmission!

I really wanted to like this place because Chad the service advisor was very nice. They did a rebuild on my transmission. About 2weeks later I could smell burning oil and so I took it back to them and they told me the gasket wasn't properly tightened and so they fixed it. Two weeks later same thing happened and they told me it was the engine leaking and not fixing the transmission which was also leaking. finally after returning 4 times they properly fixed it. I hated getting the run around and getting another mechanic to look at it to tell me what they wouldn't. Mistakes happen but not owning your mistakes is why I will never return to them. Questionable integrity.

They are very dishonest! Given wrong information related to financing of the work to be done on the car. Was told we would not have to pay over $2000 but ended up being $2900!!! Was never given a written estimate or signed for work to be done prior to completion. Spoke badly about competition. Would not return phone calls and vehicle was not done when promised. I will never go here again or recommend to anyone I know.

The transmission on my Chrysler went out. I called Meridian Transmission. They towed my car in and gave me an estimate of what it would cost for a rebuild. Three days later my car was done and at a good price. It runs great now. The staff was very professional and helpful. Thanks for the great job!

So our Dodge truck felt like it was not shifting right. We took it on family trips this summer pulling a trailer so I was sure it was a transmission issue. We took it in for a "free diagnostic" and $120 later they said we needed a $3500 rebuild. I was not too happy so I went and got a second opinion and sure enough they checked a few things and come to find out it was just a speed sensor. We replaced it for a fraction of the cost of a rebuild and it has been working great ever since. Honesty goes a long way. Thanks again for the help!
