Provided by YP.comshame on the hair salon. They get rid of their people and then the customer has to pay for it. I have had my girl for sometime now, and they cant tell me where i can find her or get her to call me for an appointment? Shame on you for treating your customers like second hand trash. Provided by YP.comI was shopping for dress shoes last night at JCP. I am 50 years old and have never had such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE period!!! I make my living in sales and know how to treat people well... I will continue to buy my slacks and shirts there; however, I will NOT step foot in the shoe deptartment again!!!
