I will never use firestone again. I had a volkswagen jetta. I took it in this past summer. My car was falling apart. They told me it would be nearly 2 grand to fix. This really upset me. I went back and asked them if they could assure me my car would last at least another year... otherwise I would just buy a new one. They assured me they had fixed everything and it would run for years. Well, a few months later, and it died. I took it to a different shop and they told me it would be thousands to repair and to junk it. They told me never go to firestone again, because they straight up lie. This was the case in my situation. I could have used that money on a down payment on a new car instead of wasting two thousand dollars. Go to firestone for tires, not for repair work. They lied to me, straight up.
