***WARNING, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP** See photos I posted on city search** Took my car in Feb 1, 2013 and the result was this: Multiple hairs and / or dirt under the tint. If that is not bad enough some of the film was cut short leaving gaps. I looks horrible. All windows need re-done except one. ** We tried to give him the chance to make it right, but failed. **FINAL STRAW** He lied, he yelled at my husband, he told us to leave, he told us we had no right to go to"his lessors" (other tint shops). He referred to certificates on his wall from companies out of business. He claimed he is part of the BBB, he is not a member as of this date. He claimed to do all the work for the city of Puyallup Police and Fire. I call Puy. police fleet services for verification and he has not done work for the City of Puy Police Dept. for 5 to 8 years. City of Puy. has not had their own fire dept. since about 2009. He claims to be the Santa for the "City of Puyallup" , not true, the MSA who hires him to play Santa is not part of the City of Puyallup. Our take is that he uses these statements to gain trust. He is quite the talker **REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY** After we picked up the cell phone in front of him to call the BBB, he calmed some and started back tracking his statements claiming we misunderstood and said he will go through the vehicle. AT THIS POINT we would give this car to a stranger before we ever gave it back to him! We do not trust him at this point. We will be lodging complaints with the state against him. ** further investigation concluded that at one time in his life he was a good tint person, but that his bed side manor and work quality are not what they use to be. I am now out the $280.00 plus the cost of having it removed.

I have known Dave for about 18 years now when he and his brother were in kent off of central avenue starting as the Tint Experts. Dave deciced to go to puyallup with his new wife Valene they are doing a great service. You what good customer service is, to provide continuous goods and services over a ten year period or better. That is what a
