We made some purchases in Sept and failed to use our coupons that came with the purchase. We had went to two other Best Buys to try to use the expired coupons and they gave use wrong info as to how to redeem them online. Went to Best Buy in Puyallup, where we made the purchase, and the manager, without questions, put the item in our hands. Made the customer happy and that customer will shop there again. Actual customer service.

worst best buy ever avoid

If this is the best buy by the s hill mall...I am fed up with the customer service here at this store.Well today, I needed to get a new av cord but a specific kind for my survellence camera.When I went to get one I looked around for help and no one was available so I had to guess which one it was that I needed.i knew what I needed however, it wat difficul to tell by looking through the clear part of the package...so, I decided to bring it to the cashier to get furher assistance there.When I did, I looked a the package and I told the blond haired chick at the cashier I wasnt sure if the cord was the right one and I waned to talk to someone before my purchase...she said 'well you can always return '' I told her id like to see someone before I buy it...well she took the cord back and came back wihout anyone and said yes this is the av cord but I didn think it was the right one still so I took my chances bought It and drove 5 miles homei in the fog.which I did going there and let me tell you I am vision impaired so driving there was really difficult to begin with plus, I waited fiftteen minutes waiting for them to open at 10am...so thats why I wanted to speak to someone before making my purchase.so I came home opened he package and to my horror it was the wrong cord so guess what? Since I felt I was rushed out during my purchase and nothing I said was taken seriously. yep you guessed it I had o risk geting into a car accident by driving all the way back to best buy to return the damn cord and they didnt even have the one I needed.when I went back I looked for someone to assist me found a guy assisting someone else so I waited for ten minutes to be seen.i told him what happened but still felt like I wasn't being taken seriously.so after the guy looked up my product online I decided id just come home and order it here since they didnt have it so I went to get a refund and I was in tears because I was soooo frustraed I told the lady I was beyond pissed because of everything and she actually was sincere and said she hoped my day would ge better I told her I doubted it and I cried all the way home not knowing id make It home safely or not because it was so foggy out..so when I got home I had to order It online and my point is I had to spend 2 whole hourst rying to get a cord because the blond haired girl didn't get someone to assist me like I politely asked her to in the first place...this is the worst best buy and worst store I ever came acrossed in my life.thank yout o the girl who seemed sincere about the whole situation at the cistpmer service I appreciate it!this is my second bad review of this store last one was in a survey

They may not have the largest inventory, but they have exceptional staff and service. And I feel they have more than adequate inventory unless your looking for something out of the ordinary.....
