I will NEVER shop at this store again! I purchased shoes for my son for school about a month ago. They are strictly school shoes so he has worn them exactly 16 times. These shoes are cheap pieces of junk! The stitching is coming out of them and there is now a huge hole in one and the start of a hole in the other. Because my son wore them, they wouldn't return them for me. The girl working even stated that it was definitely the shoe/stitching but that even if you wear a pair of shoes purchased there ONE TIME and something happens, they will NOT give you a refund, receipt or not!!!!!! Add on top of that I was the ONLY customer in the store and stood at the desk for 10 minutes before I ever got any service. Your store is horrible, your policy is ridiculous and you sell junk! I will make sure EVERYONE I know is aware of your store & not to shop there. The only reason I gave them one star is because you have to select something.... In reality they should receive none!
