From the get go Brenda and Susan were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and showed exceptional expertise. We had six bar stool cushions recovered with a design that required FULL attention to the design. ALL six cushions are identical on all sides....pile them on top of each other and the design is EXACT, IDENTICAL from top to bottom - the mark of true professionals. Brenda and Susan were extremely helpful in our finding what pattern and color we wanted. Brenda went out of her way to find the right tone for the cording - called me and we all agreed, it was not perfect SO they used the regular material to do the cording - something I wasn't sure would look right - but it's amazing.........can't wait to have friends in to see the great work. I will STRONGLY recommend Seams To Be to all of our friends and to any real estate customers I know who need a good, honest, reasonable, friendly and expert upholstery company. We will be going back whenever we have more work that they can do. Please give them a call - I know you will be as excited and as pleased as we are to know there is such a professional shop in Punta Gorda.

Overpriced and surly. Absolutely the worst customer service attitude. They make fun of customers after they leave the shop. Don't even think about using them. They charge 2x the price for supplies used.

Terrible costumer service!!!!! walked in & talked to someone at the sewing machine about redoing and entire boat, she was very interested but said the owner was out and I would have to talk to her to set something up. The owner walks in proceeds to the bathroom for about 10 minutes comes out gets a drink out of the refrigerator doesn't say anything doesn't even acknowledge that I'm standing there and walks out! Really? you just lost like 10,000.00 dollars worth of business dumba**!!! Everything happens for a reason we went some place else and the job is fabulous! These people are rude and completely unprofessional!!!!

Extremely disenchanted

WARNING ! this is not going to be a good experience , having new canvas work done should be a joyous experience, but it will not be if you use this business.The owner has an extremely poor disposition , and apparent lack of passion , the workmanship sub- par at best .for the price your paying you would think your job would be gorgeous , NOT EVEN CLOSE !TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND YOUR WISH TO HAVE A BEAUTIFUL JOB DONE DOWN THE STREET TO SOMEONE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN DOING A GREAT JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER . .WE SINCERELY WISH THAT WE HAD READ THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO SIGNING ON WITH THIS SUB STANDARD OUTFIT.

Don't go, extremely over price...

Don't go, extremely over priced and poor customer service! I spent too much money to have a chair recovered, and they are very rude. I wish we had shopped around.

Rude, and expensive!

I payed way to much to have our captains chairs recovered. I was so upset when I found out I could have bought new chairs for the price they charged me. The owner showed no customer serivce and was rude. I've already told the club not to use her and will make sure we never go back!

The people at Seams to be are rude, overpriced, and do not have a concept of customer courtesy. I ordered a vehicle headliner, and was told it would be in within two days; that they would call when it came in. Four days went by before I finally called them. When I asked about it the gentlemen on the phone says, "oh yeah, it's here". So I asked if I could come in to have it installed, and his response was, "no you have to make an appointment". This is not an unreasonable request, so I made an appointment for one week later. When I arrived after taking off from school and my husband from work, they looked surprised to see us, and then said they could not do it because of the rain. They didn't bother to call us in advance to reschedule. When I expressed my frustration the woman was utterly rude. Her response was she's not a weather person and cannot predict the weather. Well it had been raining for two days. Any idiot who has lived in Florida for two minutes knows when they look outside if it is going to rain or not. Especially when it is raining when they go to bed, and still raining when they wake up. She said she would call me after she looks at the weather to reschedule. One week later, and I havn't heard anything. It's been sunny, and dry every day since. Seams to be has bad business ethics and I would NOT recommend them to anyone including an enemy. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere.
